Pedro Martinez Losa is a highly ambitious and forward-thinking Soccer Coach & Manager who has achieved an exceptional record of success in the game – including league and cup wins, club awards and personal accolades – while playing a pivotal role in raising the coaching, performance and player development standards at a number of male and female clubs across Spain, the USA and the UK.

Career Highlights

  • Millwall Lionesses FC, UK – Present director of Soccer & General Manager
  • Arsenal Women FC, UK – Managed the team on to win the FA Cup in 2016; FA Continental Cup finalists in 2014 before winning the cup in 2015
  • Western New York Flash, USA – Won the first ever NWSL Shield in 2013, and were runners-up in the play-offs after drawing for first place. Contributed to the development of several players who went on to secure Division 1 Scholarships in the NCAA or play professionally
  • Rayo Vallecano, Spain – Won the Spanish Women’s La Liga in 2008/09, 2009/10 and 2010/11; Won the Queens Cup in 2007/08; Participated in the Women’s Champions League in 2009/10 and 2010/11
  • Club Atlético de Madrid, Spain – Won the respective leagues as a coach with the U10 and U12 squads, making the U10s Champions of Madrid
  • National Coaching School recognition from the Spanish Federation (RFEF), 2009 & 2010
